PASSIVcollection features a range of designs suited to different housing types, lot sizes and climate zones across Australia.
Each home has been modelled and detailed to perform under common site conditions - from coastal regions to temperate, arid and tropical environments - and can be locally adapted to meet council planning controls and construction practices if required.
Additional PASSIVcollection designs are currently in development, including two and three bedroom family dwellings optimised for suburban blocks, stacked townhouses and apartments for urban infill sites, and more compact secondary dwellings (granny flats or studios) suitable for smaller lots and gentle-density projects.
Future releases will expand the range of typologies and construction systems available to reflect regional climate resilience, embodied carbon targets, and local material supply chains.
